In addition to our Partnership with the Peel Board of Education, Nanotek also works with our local community colleges as well as Private colleges.
We provide a hands-on training and learning opportunity for students giving them the tools training management and interaction with co-workers and clients alike setting them up for success in their new career and educational paths. We provide an inclusive welcoming learning environment for these students to complete internship placements with our organization, and better prepare them for the job market.
Nanotek welcomes the opportunity to afford these placements to students and we look forward to building long-lasting relationships in the Education sector of Information and technology.

Nanotek Consulting has a close working relationship with the Peel Board of Education and their students, we at Nanotek have had a number of students join us to learn more about computer programming, repairs web, and app development in the Information Technology sector.
Nanotek is very proud to see many of these young people move on to Post Secondary Education and pursue their education and careers in the various aspects of Computer Technology.

Nanotek invests substantially in its people to equip them with the latest skills and competencies. Quarterly appraisals are one of the important HR initiatives undertaken by Nanotek towards this objective. The appraisal focuses on identifying the training and development needs of employees and charting out a plan to address the gaps. Nanotek also encourages its employees to obtain industry certifications such as Six Sigma, ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, and Project Management. Other training programs focusing on soft skills and client service also form part of the human resource development initiative. At Nanotek, one never stops learning.
