You are welcome to contact us any time for emergency support, though this can come at a premium. For the best dollar value and peace of mind in knowing there’s always someone to help you, we recommend one of the following arrangements:

Unlimited support contracts: for a fixed monthly fee, get unlimited support for all your hardware, software, network equipment and end-users. Includes proactive maintenance and monitoring.

Block hours: arrange for a preset number of support hours to be used on-demand or in emergency, at a reduced hourly rate.
